Taco Bell

I was just watching the person making my tacos. She pulled her mask down and wiped her nose with her hand and continued to finish wrapping my tacos with her snot hand. I confronted her about it. No apologies and she was acting like I jerk for not wanting snot on my food. A really gross human , her equally bad coworker said he probably wiped his nose and handed you his money. I did get my money back and will never stop there again.

The food is decent, but the wait is always very long. They never have enough employees on hand. They have even had to close down and retrain a whole new store full of employees in the past year. The other day I stopped in and there were only two people working in the whole restuarant. None of the other fast food restuarants around St. Albans have this problem, so it must be an issue with the owners. Low pay and/or poor work conditions at this location. Don't go during lunch time or you could be waiting 45 minutes.

As others have said, the staff is very disrespectful! They always claim that they're "training" their staff they get impatient when you're placing your order, especially if it's a large order. When it was my turn to place my order, I said hello to see if someone was there; after waiting a minute or two, I received a rude response, "WE'RE TRAINING OUR STAFF; YOU HAVE TO BE PATIENT!!!"; I calmly responded that I was being patient. My father, who is hearing impaired, has a hard time ordering; they get impatient and rude to him when he is placing his order at the drive-through. If the staff is training, it's about time they train their staff to be friendlier with their customers. This is my first review of a fast-food restaurant, as I've never had such a negative experience with any fast food restaurant as I've had with this place.

The worst run taco bell I’ve ever visited. Employees were so rude, just want to get you out of the line and out of the place. I asked so nicely for no dairy in my burrito and got sour cream anyways. Came around to have them remade, waited in drive thru for 10 more mins only to be told to wait in a parking spot and ignored for another 10 mins. Do not waste your time.

It was ok, friendly staff they did hurt the order ..BUT the beef burritos were beyond skimpy & actually watery consistency I actually thought it was beans inside but nope & SO so skimpy & little for that price , the chaluppas shells were dry old tasting and split in half falling apart they were the saddest taco bell products I've ever had from a taco bell & I'm traveling all the states this was terrible for product quality & quantity very sad. I won't be back not worth the price for old very lil product no thank you not for me..

I'm not sure who the chubby blonde hair women is that took our order or who was at the window but they were RUDE & seemed to have a bad attitude, I work at a fast food restaurant that is NO way to be to costumer's... Not impressed what so ever! Didn't even give me a spoon or a fork with my order 😡 If you can't be nice when your having a bad day maybe this place isn't for you.
