It was a little bit of a wait for someone to take my order, however apologized for the wait time. I ordered 3 sonic blasts & was not disappointed. They did not skimp on the mix ins & came out quickly.

We had a fair experience here. The main reason being was there was seemingly only one person being the car hop/waitress and unbeknownst to us she was understandably far behind taking and delivering people's food orders. Instead of placing your food order at the parking kiosks you gave your order in person to the car hop/waitress who came around to you as she was able to. We never seen any signs that indicated the speaker's where you usually placed your order at where not working. Lots of people were coming in then leaving. We waited 30 minutes probably for our food as the one person was overwhelmed by several waiting customers. The car hop/waitress was kind and respectable but never offered us any explanation as to what the problem was. Usually they are more efficient than this. My husband usually like eating here but considering the situation it could and should have been a better experience. We received our food and the sandwiches were good but the onion rings were not the breading was so thick on the onions and tasted like it should have been cooked longer. I wish I could report a better experience perhaps the problem they seemed to be having that one day has been fixed. There was a lot of would be customers coming in and trying to place their food orders at the kiosks but quickly leaving when they received no response. Thank you for your time.

I moved from stall to stall, because I couldn't get anyone to respond to my pushing the red button. The last stall I parked in gave me a message that acknowledged that I had pushed the button and someone would be with me soon. I waited for 5 minutes without any response when I walked up to the service door. One of the carhops was walking out and I asked if they were open. She said yes and I expressed that I had been waiting for over 5 minutes and no one had even acknowledged that I was sitting there. As soon as I got back in the car, someone finally asked for my order. I asked why someone didn't just come on line and acknowledge that they are short staffed, but would get to me as quickly as possible. Whoever was on the other line told me that they only have one headset which prevents them from being able to take 20 seconds to acknowledge those who are waiting to place an order........ This is the third time I've waited for someone to even acknowledge that I was waiting to place an order. The first two times I drove off after 20 minutes. I think I would have done the same thing today , except I got out of the car to find out what the problem was. If the person taking the order had apologized for the wait and been polite, I would have eaten there. However, since she chose to blame the headset and had a bad attitude, I felt no confidence in the quality of the food being served here. I love Sonic burgers, but I will never eat at this location again. I see many very similar posts about this location. It seems like the franchise owner doesn't care. Sonic, if you care about your reputation, you might want to shut this one down.

You need to close your doors. You don't have what people order the simple items. Wait is entirely too long. You placed an order of someone who pulled up after I did because you forgot to take my order. Will never return to your location. You don't deserve even one star . This is not a 7.00 meal. The devil is a lie!

This is not a good Sonic. We have lived in the area for 3 years and have yet to learn not to come to this sonic unfortunately. You will be waiting for at least 20 minutes for your food, the usual girl that brings out the stuff has a bad attitude or you may just never get answered after pushing the button to order. This wasn’t just one bad experience, it has been at least 4 times of coming to this location that there’s been some sort of issue.

Sat at the window for almost 30 minutes waiting for them to take our order, gentlemen in a car next to us actually had to go up to the store to get his food cause he was waiting that long to get it. We would have understood if there were a lot of cars but there were only 4 cars and they did not say that there would be a wait just I’ll be right with you In a minute and then dead silent,by the time they got to us to take our order we just told them Nevermind and left. They need to hire more people for this store because that long of a wait was ridiculous. WILL NOT RETURN!

We used to love going to Sonic, I don't have high culinary expectations when we go there, I do however have the expectation of service.
The last 3 times we've pulled in, more than half of the screens are off, so we pull into one that is on, and all three times we've sat there with the button pushed for over 20 mins, not even "sorry we are short staffed, we'll be right with you." Nothing.
So while I'd love to rave about the craving satisfying mozzarella sticks, or kid quieting milkshakes, I can't. They don't serve people at this location. Once is a fluke, twice or three times is unacceptable and we won't be back.

Service was slow, okay it happens. Labor shortages and all that even though I have no idea if that was the reason. Still, it's forgivable. However, everything we got and keep in mind we ate it there, was ice cold. We tried to complain but no one would answer. I even got out and knocked on the door. We are a tiny bit of it but because we had to drive to Louisville for a concert we just threw the rest away and left. We won't be back it has been constant issues with this location.
