We came in with a carryout order for the 12 people at our work. The manager and her crew were busting their tails! This place was crazy busy and the crew did a great job handling our order. We had several sandwiches including 2 meat mountains!! Hats of to these guys getting it done, under staffed, and delivering results.

I just stopped in Arby's in Radcliff and one the employees came out to the drive through and told me I couldn't order because they were short staff and closing. So being nice I said ok no problem drove off. I stopped to call home and see what else to get and they let the five cars behind me order. Ew eat at Arby's a lot but it kind of makes me want to stop going there.

Roll of the dice if the dining room is open for lunch. And I mean it's a roll of the dice.. This place just needs to close .. was told they didn't have the staff to open the dining room but the drive through is open.
They set me a corporate complaint web site that can't be filled out and submitted.

The fries were mixed together. They were cold from being piled up . The chicken strips were piled up and cold as well. The staff was friendly I can say that. But nothing was fresh including my wife's roast beef sandwich.

Usually spot on with order completion, hot food and speed of service. Little glitch last visit as there was very little cheese sauce on my Beef N Cheddars. Needless to say I was disappointed, what's a Beef N Cheddar with no cheese sauce😞

Today seemed to be a challenge to get many customers orders right. While I was there waiting for my order, about 5-6 customers brought their order back to the counter due to it being incorrect. My order was an online order placed a day in advance and I ended up waiting 30 minutes for it to be done and it still was not completely correct. However due to the incorrect orders I witnessed during my wait, I just left with what was made.

Shake machine is always down I think they just to lazy to clean so they never have it up and running so they don't have to clean it. 3 times in 2 weeks been there and it been down

Pulled up to drive thru with three cars ahead waiting to pay and one waiting to order. Sat at drive thru for a good 20 minutes. Very slow service!
