Absolutely do not miss! The BEST soup dumplings I have ever had. I accidentally dropped my first one from my mouth to my plate but the skin did not break and leak soup! The dumpling was delicious and the soup was plentiful. Just a perfect bite of heaven. We also really enjoyed their pork fried rice! Great attentive staff and amazing quality food! We loved it so much we had to come back twice during our short trip. Will have to make this a recurring stop any time we are in town.

Stopped by this restaurant while in Chinatown and had a great meal. My party went around early lunch time and there were not a lot of people there. We were seated immediately and service was fast after ordering. Everything we ate was good and if you like soup dumplings, this is the place for you. I enjoyed how it was right off the street, but it was quiet inside. There was a bathroom which was clean, but the steps to get there are a little steep for those with mobility issues. Personally, one of my favorite things was the boba tea I got because in my opinion they make it better than some other places I tried in the same area. Waiter stayed out of the way but was available when needed. Would eat here again.

Been a few years since i came here. Walked by today and wanted to try the soup dumplings. I ordered them and they arrived piping hot. They taste as i remembered. Really good. I will come back just for this. Glad they didn't change.

Delicious place to get Chinese food! It's usually pretty busy in the evening so get there earlier if possible to avoid a wait. The scallion pancakes are incredible and so flakey! I also tried the house made vegetable lo mein which had the best noodles I've ever had. The general tsos tofu is incredible as well. Service was fast and the dining area is nice. This place is cash only though so make sure to bring cash.

Home made dumplings. Soup dumplings. Meat inside swimming in soup inside the dumpling. Talked to owner/manager who was very nice, said everything fresh and made on the spot. You can see them make the dumplings. Gets real busy around suppertime so there is a bit of a wait. Very good prices.

We were passing through the area and stopped in with no prior online research and hit the JACKPOT, this place is AWESOME. Started with the egg drop soup (w/seaweed) that all 5 of us confirmed was the best we have ever had, then got the dumplings without knowing that it was their “go to” item on the menu until I got home. They were so good, I am not sure why I have NEVER seen them at any of our local Chinese restaurants…. Then had an an assortment of dinners but I personally loved the Squid Salt Pepper (and the pork fried rice did not disappoint). The kind host (from Queens she told us) and wait staff made for the perfect end to out family outing (we live on Long Island and I work in NYC so sorta local peeps). We will DEFINITELY BE BACK 😎

Ight look those that know, know this is it for soup dumplings. Many will tell you it's "Joes" let them go there and gatekeep this place for yourself. You can't beat the quality and the price. Get the scallion pancakes, the crunchy noodles & the pork buns while you're at it.

If you like Shanghai cuisine, this is a good spot in NYC Chinatown. I grew up eating Shanghainese wonton and this restaurant delivers. I’ve always had good experiences dining here. The only thing I don’t like about this place is the lighting. This is a restaurant, not a retail or nightclub; you don’t need the crazy LED lights inside.

Highly recommend this restaurant. When we walked in even a little late dinner hour, there was still a waiting line. And we saw most of the customers were Chinese or Asian. We knew it’s the right place to come. The menu was pretty good. Almost everything you need. And not the whole pages of the junky American Chinese food. So we chose to have some dumplings, veggies, spicy meat and soup. The original plan was to order two meat dishes but the waitress stopped us and advised their food size was aggressively big. And we found out what she said was right. We barely finished the food. All of the food was super delicious! Very satisfying!!! If you are like us wanting more food, starving yourselves a couple of hours or a half day first.

The food was excellent 👌. Definitely a place my girl and I would come back to.
Crispy beef is to die for, broccoli and shrimp dumplings (alot of shrimp) amazing. The chicken dish very tasteful.
