Every time I come to Louisville, I make sure to stop at The Hitching Post for a Bloody Mary. The fries are delicious, too! The people are great!

We had a reunion at Hitching Post. Their employees are happy and enjoy being there. The owner is great. It's been a family owned business for a long time. The food was good. A live band played very popular music that night, so a great time was had by all.

Tonight was our first night there. My husband and I are fairly new to this area. Bought a house near by and decided to finely check it out..
I absolutely love it. My kinda ppl. We will definitely come back for more than a meal and a drink for sure checking out karaoke nights and looking forward to more live music
The bar tenders were just as sweet as their tea and were very accommodating.
Being it only our 1st time there ..well 1st impressions mean a lot..

I left out a star for food because I've never eaten there. This is a great place to grab a few beers and enjoy either live music, or they have a killer sound system with a juke box like system where you can choose whatever songs you like. The outside patio is really great to hang out with friends. The bar is clean, the staff are attentive, and you can often find the owner chatting with regulars.

This place has one of best burgers that I have had in a long time! The the freshly bread cod fish was also dope! The staff and the patrons where friendly and helpful with suggestions on the menu. A guy named Don is an awesome dude that welcome me when I first came in, which made the experience even better!

The staff here are very friendly and, and the food was very good.. Mozzarella sticks, fish, fries, chicken strips.. All of it tasted great, and very affordable prices as well. Great live music, had a really good time!
