Caffe Nero - Heathrow Terminal 3

This place offered me a great coffee break before my early flight!! The staff was quite nice and efficient regardless of how busy it was… coffee was really nice, almond croissant, and mozzarella mushroom sandwich. The lady was kind enough to ask to toast the sandwich for me. I’d definitely consider Nero Caffè again.

This Caffe Nero was AMAZING!!! The staff were super friendly, efficient, and had the goal of getting every customer what they wanted as fast as possible. They had 4 lines set up for payment making the wait less than 7 minutes for two drinks and food. Thank you for making this a positive airport experience:)

As soon as I landed UK on Heathrow airport - after immigration and customs I found cafe Nero… the aroma of coffee was so fascinating that it pulled me to the cafe …. I ordered for the iced latte with extra coffee shots and the coffee was awesome ….. the only weak point was service was little slower … the place, the ambience and the coffee taste were outstanding

I love a Caffé Nero haul where always possible and one of the most awesome coffee joints I've visited. Cute, quaint and homey laid back joint with a great vibe and very welcoming cosy seats with a great drinks menu. Font forget your Nero rewards stamps! I love how Caffé Nero is a low fuss and down to earth coffee joint and never charges extra for non dairy milk options

It could be the sleep deprivation and having no idea if it’s morning or night, but dang that was a good scone (okay maybe the clotted cream and jam). The cappuccino was lovely and for how busy it was they were kind and quick. And unnecessarily apologetic for the long line (it’s 8 am in an airport of course it’s crazy)

First time trying Nero and wasn't disappointed. I had the mozzarella and tomato toastie which tasted great and no complaints about the staff. Must have been the time I was at the airport but there were no long queues the other reviewers have mentioned. I was there around 11am and was served very fast.
