Beautiful customer service area to get away from cold for few minutes. All shops where queued up but work waiting to get into shops in the outlet. Bargain price for all shoppers who visit London. Christmas lights on which looks so beautiful at night and the shadow lights next to RED parking area is so amazing at 21st century inventions. Perfect time to spend a day shopping and eat out at restaurants at the mall. Love your day at this place with family. Spacious and entertainment all over the outlet.

Overall a great place to come! Wide variety of shops and restaurants (some of which are quite small) with huge discounts on some products as well as seasonal sales. Ideal car park next door to the outlet with sometimes reasonable pricing when events aren't on. A lot of events within the outlet too during the calendar year, such as Christmas lights and outdoor activities. It's a very modern and great place to come to grab a bargain.

Great place to spend an afternoon. Always clean and well-maintained with lots of nice shops and restaurants. Queues are currently longer than normal due to Covid measures but the car park is a bargain with the first hour free. I always enjoy coming here and my kids love the little playground too (sadly closed at the moment). We'll be back soon though!
