Wonderful gentlemen work here. The level of care they showed a local elderly lady was Wonderful. They had her sit and brought her a tray of her usual without asking. If she complains about a spot they wipe it. Wonderful experience.

Iv just visited Caffe Nero not to far from victoria train station & found it very warm & well coming there, the coffee was very good also the seating is very comfortable its the sort of place where you can relax & enjoy your coffee in peice & quiet, so all in all i would give this Caffe a 5 star rating & hope that Caffe Nero keeps this standard of service up as it is without doubt the best Caffe in that area by a long, long way. yours truely a very satisfied customer.
