I witnessed a worker drop my packed food that was already in a brown bag. Even though I told them "it's fine the food was perfectly fine", they refused, gave me extra fries and drinks assured me they will very quickly make a new one and apologised.
Standards are extremely high, tasty food, very clean venue.
If I could I'd give 6 stars.

Brilliant very well run recipe beautiful as usual staff are quick at working and need to be especially on a night of a concert. Wheelchair accessible and eating in or out the venue is available. Good stuff.

I recently had a fantastic meal at Five Guys located at the O2. I ordered a classic cheeseburger, and it was perfect – juicy patty, melted cheese, and fresh toppings. The customizable options make it even better, letting you craft your dream burger. Recommend the hand-cut fries as well. The manager, I think his name was Carl, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Thanks. The service here is top-notch.

Had a cheese dog and fries and a drink, all cooked quickly and was delicious. The staff taking orders were also very helpful and patient. Will definitely eat here again.

I’ve got a cheeseburger which I recommend to everyone. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Everyone was smiling. Amazing drinks option. The portion of fries are quite big, but the fries is very testy.
I Brought my parents and my kids everyone had amazing experience and everyone was satisfied.

Been there several times, one of the most premium burger places in my opinion, patties are so juicy and hot, plus you get free drinks refill 😍
Chips are top notch, always fresh and crunchy,

Hey! just wanted to share my feedback on my recent visit to the restaurant. I was there a month ago and the customer service was already amazing. But this time, it was even better than before! The customer service was outstanding, and I was specially impressed with the toilets because not every restaurant has good ones, but this one is really top-notch. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Keep up the great work!
