Burgers were excellent..fries could have been awesome but they WERE NOT crispy as advertised. I'm not sure what it's going to take for these employees to realize that they're hurting the brand that they work for by serving food that's less than fresh doesn't cost them any money but maybe it does because maybe they cook fries when they shouldn't have I know it's tough but it is fast food but all I know is they promise crispy fries and they weren't crispy so if I could give them a two and a half I would but I'm opting for a three instead. The place appear to be clean although I didn't go in the bathroom, the kitchen the dining room looks clean and the service is quick only issue the french fries but since the french fries is one of the items that I ordered it's disappointing when they come out and they're soggy.

I am stopped by around 3:30 in the morning hoping to get crystals hot and fresh. And they did not let me down the staff there were excellent on time with excellent hot food the coffee was so fresh and delicious I must say this is a delicious and socially acceptable place to be at 3:30 in the morning thank you staff at Crystal on Western avenue you were dynamic wonderful and supreme best Crystal burgers I've had in a very long long time thank you.

This place is a wreck. It’s 10:30 and I have waited 20+ minutes in the lobby for my Uber pick up order. It took forever for anyone to even come to the front. I originally tried going through the drive through and was ✨rudely✨ told to come inside. The lady with the purple hair needs to learn some manners. She also said that she didn’t feel good and shouldn’t have been there (so that’s reassuring.) oh and no gloves 🫠 Go somewhere else if you want safe and fast food.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered through doordash and when my dasher arrived at the store he was told that someone else had already picked it up. They were claiming that the dasher had already picked it up but he hadn't. Someone else possibly another dasher had taken it. They got an attitude with my dasher and told him it was on him and his fault. Very rude and unprofessional manager. Yes the manager was the one that said that. Dasher didn't let them get away with that and held his ground so props to him and he got a very good tip

5 days after giving a five-star review I have to give 1 star. My original review is at the bottom. This place is a complete train wreck. 30 minutes after my order said it was complete I'm still standing in the restaurant quietly and patiently and no one has acknowledged my presence. I understand labor shortages but this was ridiculous. One individual was covering all online, delivery, and dine-in orders. After probably a dozen cars went through the drive-thru (and they've taken 8 dine-in orders and served drinks to them) I decide to drive to the drive-thru. They proceed to tell me at the speaker that I have to come inside to get my pickup order. I said he wouldn't even acknowledge me and they told me regardless, I have to come inside to get my pickup order. Before driving away I decide to drive around again and just put it in a new order. 6 minutes later I had food. I'm not blaming the one individual trying to cover all of that alone. The process is a mess. And if you're thinking about ordering delivery just don't. In the time I was waiting they served three doordash orders and every one of them had stuff they couldn't fulfill because they don't actually serve it anymore. Great place for late night food. As of this review in 04/2022 they are open 24/7. The online order/pickup process is very simple. The fries are delicious.

Employees are slow to get your order to you even when you order online ahead of time the order is never ready. The place is always nasty floors dirty and greasy and counter tops dirty and from what you can see from out front the food prep areas are nasty. Night employees always cussing and loud standing there having conversations that don't matter instead of preparing your food. pass this place by completely.
