Mcdonald's

People are always friendly when I come here so that's nice because at a lot of locations they aren't professional or polite at all. So thank you all for being kind. Anyways, my only complaint is that the fries are never fresh(usually I ask for them with no salt so they make them fresh) but they don't usually because they are still crunchy and hard, and for whatever reason asking a burger to be plain is never plain....

Went to the drive thru for just a large fry. I was told it was nearly $5 for just (1) large fry, and was refused a receipt after I'd paid. They were ready to be tossed out. Warm at top, luke warm at bottom. If the value of fries has gone up THAT MUCH, the quality should be matched. I won't be back to this location for food that isn't fresh or hot, and it's the closest one to home. This was the 6901 Maynardville Pike location, about 10pm, on a Wednesday night. I'd hate to see if they were actually busy....

I have called 4 times today to try and get a hold of someone with now answer. This is by far the worst McDonalds around. My husband was in halls today running errands and stopped to grab something for us and my kids, we live in Corryton. They left out my sandwich and my kids fries in the kids meal but gave us 3 packs of apple slices. You all need to get it together! Management needs to make sure things are put in bags CORRECTLY or just get new management.

Everytime I have been here, they managed to mess everything up!!! The most frustrating part is when I went back through the line and explained they gave me the wrong thing, not only did they take it back but they charged me on there mistake. Most recently I came through and ordered my regular meal with fries and the fries were not even cooked! I don't understand how this company is allowing this to happen, either train your employees properly OR HIRE NEW ONES! 🤢🤬😡
