After so many instances you’ll think I’ll stop going to this Sonic. Well today is officially my las time. Tired of cold food, super hard bread, fries in my tots, YES I WENT THERE, Reese’s blast with stuff in it that shouldn’t be there like other blast ingredients, and drinks with cups filled to the top with ice. Today I took two sips of my iced coffee and that’s all there was, two small sips. Tried to get my straw hard and with difficulty all the way down to get more from the bottom and pierced the cup. Please GET IT TOGETHER.

Order a 5 piece tender. The person who was entering the order cleared out the order several times and ended up putting it in as a 3 piece. We didn't see it until food was delivered. When questioned about it, we were told by the car hop she would bring out the extra 2 strips for free. When she came back out with the food they charged for it. When questioned she said the manager made her ring it up. Asked for the manager to come out. When manager came out she started blaming us for not seeing the mistake and that food cost money and wasn't owing up to the fact that they may have made a mistake. She then walked off in a fit. Went to the window to get store and franchise info. At that point we were threatened that they would call the cops. All this over a couple of strips that weren't a big deal that the manager decided to make a huge deal out of. The food or cost wasn't the issue it was how they decided how to handle the situation. Just own up to the fact that you made a mistake. I would have rated lower if I could.

They were very busy, so I guess that’s their excuse. Order took a long time, I can forgive that. Order was incorrect. Ordered classic cherry limeade, got limeade, ordered blue coconut slushie, got blue raspberry. Ordered & paid for onion rings, got none. But what’s not forgivable is the way they threw handfuls of condiments, that we didn’t ask for, on top of and into the food that we did get. This to me is a potential health hazard. Who knows how many hands have touched those packets! I tried calling this franchise and no one answered. I feel like contacting the health department!

Sonic America’s Drive- In My Two son’s envoy’s having lunch or dinner at Sonic's drive in. We always order the kid’s wacky pack meal, and the carhop classics. If we use our sonic app to order ahead we can get half price drinks and slushes all day. It is a lot of fun, listening to great music while we wait for our made –to-order American classics food. Every day, I receive a text message on my phone for great deals on all my meals from Sonic. It is very difficult to go two days, with out eating at Sonic's America’s Drive-In

apparently nobody works here. sat here for 15 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. so did everyone else. everyone here went up to the drive thru window but nobody was inside. parking lot went from packed to empty pretty fast. dont have your hours labeled open if nobody is working. ridiculous company. will not be returning.

Major problem for me was the long wait in drive-up with car running. Sonic promoted .50 corn dogs. There was no employees outside moving drive up along. Was it 30 minutes or 45 minutes, do not know. But it was a long time and alot of cars and alot of wasted gasoline. Then they did not give me footling coney dog. Had to go back. Then found out they left off the chili. There simply is not enough employees for the business to run responsibly. And that is not just this location. It is the business model. Sonic all over has long lines at drive-ups at times.

I have went twice since they opened and both times the food was horrible,the drinks were good but can't really screw that up but if they could I'm sure they would!! Just horrendous!!

We ate at this Sonics Dec 31st and Rachael served us at the car hop. She was awesome! She was friendly and when we asked for additional condiments she was more than happy to bring them to us immediately. Rachael was extremely professional, friendly and very polite! Give her a raise!!!! Thank you Rachael!
