I went to pick up a to-go order on a Sunday afternoon. They weren't very busy and I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I went in after 20 and when I got to the bar (not sure why they couldn't deliver it curbside) I was told there was a wait for my fries. 5 minutes later I hear them say they were all out of fries and a new batch had just been dropped. So I waited another 10 minutes or so. The food was good but the restaurant was dirty (see pics) and service was slow. Wouldn't recommend takeout if you're in a hurry.

Thank you so much for the perfect food we ordered!! My family and I are visiting TN and just flew in so we didn’t get to spend thanksgiving at home. But it’s ok! Your staff and work was amazing getting our orders in and no issues. Family is fed and happy! Happy Thanksgiving!

Ruby Tuesday has been at this location for a lot of years, which should speak volumes. The staff is pleasant, friendly, and our server, Brook, was very patient with our small group. I enjoyed the Ultimate Crispy Chicken sandwich. Very good combination of sauces. We also had the New Orleans seafood with parmesan cream, which I give a big "thumbs up". And, a couple of us added the salad bar to our meal. Great selection of veggies, cheeses, toppings and dressings. And don't forget the croutons!

I walked in to eat dinner last night and the host was not at the stand (she was helping seat someone else) but immediately I was greeted by a man (I heard someone refer to him as big Dave) and he had this massive smile while attending to the salad bar and said someone would be with me in a second- he asked how I was doing as well. Dave was constantly cleaning up at the salad bar area and refilling items. Dave was so kind and you can tell he genuinely wanted cared his customer service showed!

I know its Covid, but I'm so frustrated with service. And we weren't the only ones. People before us left because they didn't get seated in a timely manner. It took us about 12 minutes before an employee even approached us. It took us a long time to get the opportunity to even order. My mother went to the restroom and then went to the salad bar. She made a plate and had it half eaten when the server finally came over. The chicken carbonara was excellent. The ribs were okay. They weren't horrible and they were hot.

The food and service was great. The men's restroom needs q good deep clean. Sinks have a great deal of build up around faucet. The walls also seemed untouched for a long time with dirt, etc.

There were 4 of us eating. All ordered different burgers. Only one was pleased with their burger and they had ordered the regular cheese burger. The other 3 had different speciality burgers that not only didn't look like the pictures on the menu, but were very lacking in flavor. Not at all pleased with them. I know they are short staffed, we allow for that and are very undemanding, however, it would have been nice to have a drink refill to help down a very dry burger. Waiter didn't check on us while we were eating.

Cannot state enough how much my experience here meant to me. Like, I know it's just a RT's, but my experience still kinda sticks with me. First time going to one of these restaurants, and I'd never been to a larger restaurant like this by myself before- like, ever. To be super honest, I was incredibly nervous about it. I am currently financially unstable due to being a homeless Youth, and was entirely depending on a $25 gift card my mother had given me; and I guess I must have underestimated taxes, because I ended up being $1-2ish short in the end. My server, I believe her name was Melissa (if this is the right location anyway), was incredibly sweet, and honestly, her being nice to me was probably the only thing that kept me from a full-blown panic attack (because I was mortified that I had already eaten part of a meal that I ended up not having the money for, and was super embarrassed and had no idea what to do.) She was amazing enough and comp'd the last few dollars of the meal for me and tried to reassure me everything was fine; unfortunately, I was do embarrassed by my mistake, I immediately packed everything up and went home. Still ended up having a rough night, missing my only bus home and getting lost and not getting back until about 1 in the morning- but honestly, that stuck with me and made everything not feel as bad. Now that I have a job, I absolutely promise to return and pay for what was comp'd and officially tip my server as soon as I get my paycheck.
As for the food- everything was absolutely incredible. They have the BEST mozarella sticks I've ever had in my life- I inhaled all but 3 of them before my entree's had even gotten to me, they were so good. The burger was AMAZING, and the chicken tenders were also incredible. I also really enjoyed the fries. Honestly, for the price, the portions and quality were great, and I'm super glad I went there, as I was able to save enough for breakfast and lunch the next day. I recommend this place, personally- the customer service and food I received definitely made the crazy trip worthwhile.
