Snappy Tomato Pizza

I ordered a small ultimate specialty pizza and a cheese pizza from the Hardin Valley Snappy Tomato Pizza store, I also ordered a side of Banana Peppers and garlic sauce with each pizza. As you can see from the picture all I got was a mess in a pizza box. My 8 year old daughter could easily make a better looking and tasting pizza. I also didn’t receive any garlic sauce or my Banana Peppers. All total with the tip I paid $28 for this mess, but you can bet it will not happen again, I don’t know what happened to this store they used to have the best pizza in my area and now I think it’s the worst. Rant over I hope everyone has a blessed evening…

The absolute worst experience with ordering pizza. They completed an order while i watched and could not transfer pies from the pan. Once i received them the dough was dense and raw. I returned the worst pizzas to the degenerates working and their response was oh we forgot to add yeast to the dough. The second pizzas were just as horrific and raw! The re was no refund credits or apologies. I will never order again.

Several years ago this place wasn't all that bad. However, their quality and service has since been going completely down hill. When I've ordered anything from there within the last year they've totally messed up my orders. The last time I was there they even over charged me on my order. When I tried asking them about it I kept getting ignored so I just left vowing to never return ever again.

Very poor customer service here. I placed an order online and after waiting for an hour on delivery they called and said they couldn't sell it for the price I was charged online. Their computer calculated the balance wrong and they cancelled the order and would not accept the mistake was their issue.. Will not use the Hardin Valley location again.. Not honoring what you charge for a service is bad business...

The absolute best pizza that's ever crossed my lips. I kid you not. We got a couple at our work today, and everyone that grabbed a piece loved it. I had to pull up the number I called to order and give to 7 ppl. AWESOME doesn't do it justice. And the delivery was top notch as well. Thank you Snappy Tomato......

The pizza is good, topping are fresh , and the sauce has a nice sweet tang the the show stopper, in my opinion, is the crust. Rember when you were a kid and on Friday night, payday, it would be pizza night from the local pizza place, no chain a real pizzaplace( if not I'm sorry for your childhood). That's the crust they serve, crusty outside fluffy inside hint of yeast. This if for the round pizza, i have not tried the Beast yet. I would order one size bigger than you need. This pizza is excellent cold the next day.
