Nice viewing points. With a good café, which has a nice viewing point (what is seen though may not be as good), serving good Hot Chocolates and items of food.

My mother and I rushed into M&S in Eden High Wycombe as a last minute resort for an outfit at the weekend. Francesca was so helpful! It was 30 minutes to closing and she still gave us amazing customer service. She deserves to be praised, you dont get service like this these days!

Marks & Spencer is famous for quality, value for money and customer service. M&S offers a wide range of women's, men's & children's fashions, beauty products, home lines, food & wine. This M&S definitely offer all of the above the store is very clean and well stocked with variety of goods

Dropped in for a snack. The cafe looked like a bomb site. They had obviously had a rush of customers. Leah and Tom were coping, but only just. Calls to management produced no results for 45 minutes. They were forced to temporarily close to try and catch up. Under the pressure and strain they coped admirably. Full marks.
Not that the closed signs had any meaning for some crass individuals. They just sloped in. By 1400 some degree of sanity had been restored. Crockery had started to come out of the washer.
However, the M & S accountants that ration provisions to cafes need to look at their customer service reputation.

Went in to buy some Christmas presents and went to the cafe for lunch. The Cafe wasn't that busy but service was slow and the cafe wasn't that busy. We sat at a table and waited for twenty minutes no food arrived. Then the manager noticed us and asked if we had been served. Within 5 minutes he had our food and offered us a free tea and coffee and my children a bottle of drink and apologised for the long wait. This is why I am leaving 5 stars we all have days like this but its how you deal with them and the manager dealt with it professionally and in a friendly manner will definitely be back.

They keep a section for the day's pick of fruit and vegetable which I loved. Excellent staff, used to get Tunnocks caramel chocolate wafers at a slightly cheaper price from there. They have good salad combos too.

We went into the M&S café here today, the staff that served us was so lovely, making it a really nice visit.
The only thing that could have been done, when we initially got in the queue, there were 3 members of staff behind the counter, but around 10 tables with empty dishes, and needing a wipe down. Just needed one of the guys to clear this more promptly, so no complaints appear in the future 😀.
Our local M&S is in Milton Keynes, even though we were a nearly 38miles away, the visit in High Wycombe, felt as if we were in our local.

Nice store, well stocked and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Nicola is amazing! She’s very helpful and easy to speak to.! She’s always happy to help with a beautiful smile on her face! We need more Nicola’s around M&S Wycombe.
