White Castle

Clean restaurant, amazing staff, and delicious food- a very dangerous combination. A nice place for lunch, or anytime. My 2 picky kiddos love the chicken rings. My husband and I tried the new bacon ranch chicken ring sliders and OMG they are so good! Try it! Well try any of their food really. So yummy.

Waited in a line of 10 cars moving forward 2 times in 30 minutes.... 3 employees were outside on break while everyone sat. After 30 minutes I realized it would be over an hour before I'd be waited on ...two people behind me decided to leave... so I did too... I don't have a white castle near where I currently live in the panhandle of WV, so I thought it would be a refreshing, different taste... but as the night before I had tried and waited over 10 minutes at the order menu, I realize I won't try this location again.

There was only 3 employees working and one was on break so it was 2 employees. Bless there hearts the drive thru was wrapped and they was so busy inside as well. Yea i had to wait longer than normal but I'm not going to complain. They busted there butts to get every customer taken care of. If I could have gotten behind to the counter to help them I would have. I've worked here before and I know how it is to be short handed. They done a real good job taking care of every customer

The employee that waited on us was extremely Sweet & gave Great Customer Service & our food was fresh & hot.... The store was nice & Clean!!!! Cuddos, to that employee that waited on us she was exceptional & went Above & Beyond what I've seen most them do.... I cant remember what get name was at this time, but I will find out & let yall know who she is cause u don't get Customer service like that everyday or even ever, really anymore ........ ■■■■Thank you...■■■■ ~~▪︎Kathleen Hahn▪︎~~

Had to wait 27 mins in the drive thru, only 2 cars in front of me. Very aggravating! The dining inside was closed due to short staff. Then I got my sack of cheeseburgers, they barely was warm to say the least, the cheese did not even start to melt. They may just been having a bad day, but I wish I went somewhere else...
