Jamba Juice

Terrible service!! They works are not welcoming at all!! When they get your order wrong and you tell them they try to argue with you and when you prove them wrong and show them proof they got the order wrong they get an attitude.The have the same customer service as the rude Walmart employees a bunch of eye rolling, huffing and puffing.

I work at a Jamba Juice in my hometown. I was out on vacation and stopped at this Jamba on my way back home. I was blown away by the amazing service at this location. Tito was the manager who helped me out. He was so incredibly friendly and welcoming!! Not to mention the smoothies were perfect as always. Overall great service!

Going to be a regular here from now on! I will No longer go to Milpitas Location because of bad customer service and management is horrible there . This place got mine and my gf's drink right the first time and We're a happy Jamba Juice customer again :) she even mentioned the Add Ins (Whey and Vitamins) while handing it to me . That right there is reassurance our special drink was made right ! While in Milpitas location.... is a whole different story... oh boy!. Thank you Fremont Jamba !

I've been to this location at least two or three times a week for the past few months. The employees are all nice and friendly but it's readily apparent that none of these kids have ever had a job before. Very disorganized, a lot of yelling back and forth and confusion behind the counter every time I'm there. Also lots of times customers waiting to order will be neglected without explanation. I love Jamba and my drinks always come out right, so I guess I will continue to look past the immaturity and disorganization of your employees.

Really nice and patient staff that went a long way and worked hard to resolve the issue of letting me use a gift card. Excellent work ethics. We also requested an old smoothie that's not on the current menu and instead of refusing, they once again worked hard to make the drink and then started that if it didn't taste good, they can remake it. It's so nice to see young staff that cared about customers and not jaded and have excellent work ethics.

Wait was longer than I would have expected- the location had 2 employees (1 at the cashier, the other making smoothies) but there were about 5 separate persons/parties that waited on their orders. The Razzmatazz I ordered was delicious even on this cold day; this place is very convenient to where I live. No negative things/criticisms to say about the employees or the store, but hopefully the location will have more staff to cover the demand!
