If it weren't for my 15yr old niece I would most likely rarely eat here, but she LOVES the "Bundles" ($2.50-$3.00) with a lg coke ($1).... I love the prices!! Win/Win!!

Most of the time this is an excellent experience, but tonight I ordered a filet of fish with NO tartar sauce on the App and they gave me a nasty sandwich with a ton of tartar sauce on it. I also had used my MOBILE APP, but once I passed the first window, I couldn't pull my pickup number up on the app. I had it memorized though, but they acted like I was being shady. They wanted to see the number but they couldn't tell me how to get it back up to show them.

Food and service was better than any McDonald's we've been to in many years. Staff was super friendly and taking care of the customers 🙂. Wow! Almost reminded me of Chick-fil-A!! Keep it up!

Very unhappy with the food. The quarter pounder w/cheese meal I got tonight was completely raw!! It was disgusting how pink and red the whole sandwich was I mean whoever TRIED to think they cooked it did not even attempt too and it was very obvious!!

We have been coming here for years. In all of that time we have never once had poor service. Today Liz took our order and continued this locations excellent record. She was energetic and very polite. Our order came out fast and perfect. They are always willing to search the toys for the kids and the facility and food are always clean. Great playplace for the kids to burn off energy too! Thanks to this team for the years of great service!

This McDonald's is open early. Most stores in this area do not open until 6 am even though they say they are 24 hours. The food at this location is always hot and fresh. The customer service is always very good. The store is a very clean environment as well. They do a good job of upkeep here. If you are in the Cool Springs area and looking for a McDonald's, this is one of the best.

I'm pretty sure the meat patties are as thin as paper. My 11 year old said there was some kind of spice on hers that totally threw off the cheeseburger flavor she's used too. We don't eat at McDonalds often, and this visit was the kicker for making less visits in the future.

This is the best McDonald's ever! Their staff is always so friendly and sweet in the mornings when going through the drive through to get my coffee. There is a certain lady who is always at the second window handing out food that is so kind. Also, they're super fast and efficient, even with construction going on. Highly recommend this location.
