Recently went to huddle House in Franklin and don't understand why it wasn't busier our server Crystal was delightful very professional and efficient our food was also great I love going to huddle House whenever I'm in an area where they have one and this one far exceeded my expectations!!

I love the menu here but it's hit and miss, I've had great experiences and some not so good, usually relative to the wait staff.
Overall the staff is very friendly and I will continue to eat here. One of the few places in town open everyday for breakfast.

Came in the Huddle House after the 5K Turkey Thanksgiving run had a great brunch. The staff were welcoming especially our server, Crystal! She was kind and made sure we had excellent service. Andy cooked wonderfully too. Thank you all, will be coming again when I’m ever in the area.

Number one spot to stop in Franklin. Andrew was second to none in service and hospitality. And the food was really good.
Edit: We visited again and it was even better. The food was great and quick, but our day was really made by our server, Crystal. She was so caring and genuine, we're so grateful she was there. We'll definitely be back again and will request Crystal.

This is a well oiled machine. The food came out quick, piping hot, and absolutely delicious! The folks working were all killing it. Smiles and kindness and just great atmosphere. 10 out of 10 for this out of towner. Big shout out to Emily for being a great server. :)

This is a small restaurant with outstanding food.
We had a shrimp dinner that was delicious, the waiter was accommodating, I'm going back Saturday for another meal fit for a queen.
Swing by and try their most outstanding menu, and you will leave with a full tummy and a smile on your face... yum, yum guud for the tum

We stopped here on our way to visit friends in N Carolina. There were several fast food choices in Franklin but we wanted something "not-a-burger." This Huddle House was a good choice. The food (BLT and Philly Cheesesteak) was hot and fresh and served with a smile. Service was a little slow at first but our server Crystal was super friendly. I would definitely stop here again.

We stopped in after the WCU game as we were heading home, and Crystal was our server — very friendly and a good server! Food was fresh and tasty, the coffee stayed filled, and it was a very good experience!

Ro was cooking this day and went out of his way to insure my meal was just the way I wanted it. He even came to me and asked specific questions as I like my eggs done a certain way. He then delivered perfect eggs. Seida was a wonderful server and insured we were taken care of. A very pleasant experience,
