Everything I get from here is always perfect. The food is tasty and gets here fast, and the delivery people are always super nice. I don't have a photo because I was too interested in eating it, sorry.

We got the chicken Caesar wrap and Thai chicken wrap and they were both great. Good customer service and it was made quick.

I frequent this location for lunch once or twice a week. I enjoy the Spicy Italian unwich. The key to the unwich is how well its wrapped with the lettuce leafs plus making sure all of the ingredients are packed in the sandwich. Unfortunately, the quality of the unwich at this location is inconsistent. I'm sure it's due to turnover, but better training would help. Get the manager from the Arlington Matlock location to help train.

I love the freshness of Jimmy John's, that's what definitely makes me a repeat customer. The service is great as well as quick. I've learned to start using the app for occasional deals. Jimmy's has become one of my top restaurants to go to. Thanks for always being consistent, fresh & delicious!

Been to this location many of times for Ms. Cynthia! She's the best. Treats us like her fam, very welcoming. Sandwich crew always on their A game. This Jimmy John's has the best customer service hands down. Shout out to Ms. Cynthia!

Great for calling in orders to be picked up. They have very good staff that take orders very professional and accurate. My order was spot on time & affordable and taste. Perfect , I will be eating there more often.

Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Last weekend I ordered to the wrong downtown address and not only did they call the other store to cancel my order, they remade it in less than 3minutes at their store and I was on my way! Food was made perfectly and tasted great!

The best ever! Above & beyond! Track meet at Farrington Field on a Monday night & who really wants to eat stadium food for dinner? I didn't want to miss any of my child's event's, so I didn't want to leave. I was not sure if JJ would deliver & they did! I was even greeted at the locked gate so I wouldn't have to go all the way around! This is what you call going the extra mile and being kind. I'm so appreciative with for the wonderful experience. Stopped to use the John at a Jimmyjohns and not only did the whole crew greet us when we walked in but a very sweet young lady gave Jack a sticker and spoke to him. It made his day, Jack feels very important with his sticker. He's special needs so this was a big deal for us to get such amazing and personalized service.
