Staff was very nice and the food was tasty! Very well priced and the portions were great. We especially enjoyed the peanut dumplings and the szechuan beef!

Delicious, authentic Chinese food in the heart of downtown Metuchen. My go-to is the Beef Belly Noodle Soup (pictured), which for my money is the best hearty bowl of Chinese noodle soup in town.

Dropped by to see their Chinese food options. Tried Mapo tofu and thought it was okay.
They have a nice interior for seating.
Looks like it may be worth visiting if you like Cantonese style dishes (though I don’t tend to eat as much due to shellfish issue).

I am a frequent customer of Pink Lotus and love the food and the curbside pick is fast. You can have your order customized to your taste. Order from the chef's special and you will love the food.

First time trying this place and we got the following: veggie and chicken lo me in, chicken chow fun and eggplant and tofu in garlic sauce. The eggplant dish was by far the best of the whole meal. The lo mein chow fun, although not greasy, was extremely bland. So bland to the point my children (who eat extremely bland food) even asked for additional flavor via soy sauce or something. Gave it two stars since they got our order right and was ready as promised but def will order from elsewhere next time...

You can really tell the difference with this place! Ingredients were super fresh. I would definitely order the chicken and "broccoli" bok choy and the scallion pancakes. Both dishes were so good and did not make me feel that typical chinese food sick after!!
