We normally stop at these services for a coffee and a bite to eat. This time we went into WHSmith and had the misfortune of encountering the most torn faced and rude article you could ever meet. Seems like she hated everyone and everything and was quite happy to let everyone know, in a non verbal fashion.

Just popped in to buy some diesel and chocolate at what would be the expected high prices and weariness usual at motorway services.
What a fabulous surprise! Two female staff absolutely brilliant pointed out a good deal on chocolate and made a beautiful hot chocolate with marshmallows.
The place is named the welcome break and the staff attitude was the very embodiment of that!

Nice services on the Southbound M5, usual selection of eateries and shops you get at service stations to choose from. Not much grass outside for walking your dog which is a bit of a let down.

Great place to stop if you're going that way. The name speaks for itself. Only don't buy any fuel from here to expensive. £179.petrol and £181 diesel.

First time I've visited this services & I've passed it several times.
Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. Decent facilities but the layout is a little awkward as its quite a walk to get to fast food etc.

Clean enough,not enough parent & child parking spaces. Burger King are slow as owt preparing your order.

Perfect little service station! Toilets were clean and well maintained, and the parking was simple. Picked up food from KFC - our order came out fairly quickly and was great, the staff were lovely and the amount of indoor seating is amazing! Wasn't super busy which was an added bonus.
