Jersey Mike's Subs

I have visited this particular location at least 5 times and I will continue to go back. Mike and his team are always welcoming and their customer service is spectacular. You can tell they take pride in making every sub and even when they are extremely busy, they stay calm and get everything done with grace and respect. It is refreshing to go here to experience the lost art of exceptional customer service. Thank you for always having a positive attitude and for being so kind even when you all are super busy.

We swung by Jersey Mike's for some dinner on a Monday night. I always live this place as I think it has the best subs. Mike's way all the way and the turkey isn't dry like it is at other places. The sandwiches are juicy and delicious! The bread and ingredients were fresh. The restaurant clean. As an update to my review, I wanted to recognize Mike for his impeccable acts of service. Took good care of n of t just my wife and I, but every customer that came through the doors. One guy was talking with the guys while they grilled. Super chill, but focused on the customer. The customers all seemed absolutely enthusiastic about their experience in a sandwich shop of all places. He made some menu recommendations, packed up half our sandwiches to go, doubled the meat because of ours wait and genuinely seemed passionate about creating the perfect sandwich. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and dedication to customer satisfaction made the entire visit enjoyable and absolutely commendable. They could have served me garbage and I still works have enjoyed myself.

Came during a very busy lunch rush, they had two employees working on to go orders, walk ins and handling the register. Not once did I hear them complain or stop working. Even when customers were not being very nice they handled it with grace. I am very impressed with how they handled the store and the to go orders they were handling. They could have used an extra set of hands but made sure they gave good service and the customer was not aware they were struggling. My visit was 09/14/2023 at 11:30 am. Those two employees were awesome.

Dejuan is AMAZING!!!! I never knew about this hidden Gem until that young man told me. Mike was also amazing and made my first experience extraordinary. The food was FRESH and the speed of service was out of this world. I literally asked everyone’s name. A special thanks to Toni I believe the stated the managers name is ?! We got coupons for this place so decided to try it out. Before we even ordered they checked the could to make sure they would work (because to find out at the register would be a bummer). One we got the go ahead, we ordered and deeply enjoyed the fresh made sandwiches. Better than the fancy subs we had the night before.

Derrick, Mike J. & The ladies provide clean, savior subs and Philly sandwiches. The Brownies and Cookies are BANG for the buck. The Cherry Pepsi fountain soda is on point! &... It smells good in here!! This is the Woodman/N. Academy location nestled close to Sam's Wholesale Club. The establishment is 40% windows with a 180° view of the Rockies. The parking lot is secure for women and children. The windows are tinted and see-thru shaded. The interior contains a fresh ambience. The employees are pleasant, engaging and cheerful. The deli and chip display says: "I was stocked this morning.". The pace is of Colorado Springs. It's not too busy, but it's busy enough to let you think return customers return here often. I like this established location of Jersey Mike's Subs in Colorado Springs.
