It's ok. Food is too pricey but what isn't pricey now?? Their biscuits are the best. I'd love to find out how to make them. Lol

The food smelled great when I walked in the door. I wanted to try their new French fries and the mgr wanted to give them to me free but I told him not a whole order of fries. I insisted on paying for them since I was eating them.

Food is pretty good. I don’t know if it was just an off day last time we went. We got the 16 piece family meal so maybe just ordered too much food. The lady was very helpful, but said they didn’t have enough biscuits so she gave us 7 biscuits and some cookies! I thought that was a pretty fair trade out. The chicken and sides were very good. Biscuits ended up being very hard and crunchy. None of us care too much about biscuits so it wasn’t the biggest problem though.

Wow! Melissa at KFC is awesome! I came in and was greeted to a nice smile and warm welcome. It’s not often that you experience this in the fast food industry.

Despite the other bad reviews... We went here for lunch. My family of 5 had chicken strips, potato wedges, cheese curds, and biscuits. All of which was very good. The place was clean and the service was quick. Granted, it wasn't busy. Typical A&W and KFC experience. Nothing to make it 5 star... But nothing to make it lower than 4 star.
