Dairy Queen

You can never go wrong with dairy Queen when you're stopping to get ice cream. Placing the order was fairly easy and quick. Receiving the order on the other hand, was a very long process. I ordered first followed by the other five people that were with me. We were all waiting at a table or standing near the counter. A girl comes from the back and looks at me and says, "are you waiting for something did you order something?" I had to answer yes all five of us are waiting for blizzards. then she began to work on them. Seem to be a little warm inside the location as well as if the air conditioner wasn't on or wasn't turned down to a cooler temperature. We got our food to go anyway so it didn't matter. Can never go with the Texas stop sign of dairy queen. They just need to pay attention a little bit better.

As a child searching for ice cream Dairy Queen was the preferred destination of the time.Tasty treats awaited our eager appatites as vanilla cones bathed in chocolate, strawberry, fudge, pineapple and more beckoned us. A double scooped cone covered in chocolate always put a smile on my face. The mood is relaxing as families can enjoy a simple yet satisfying meal. I've have yet to meet a burger I didn't enjoy with onion rings or french fries basking in ketchup. A Dr Pepper fountain drink is a always a pleasure and a Belt Buster can only be purchased in Texas. The burger is called a double everywhere else.

We went in on a Saturday afternoon/early evening. The lobby had maybe 4 tables of people and the drive through had a few cars in it. There was 4 people they I could see working, 3 ladies in front and a cook. All 3 ladies made eye contact with me and just kept doing what they were doing before we walked in. The drive through lady came to the register where I was standing and took an order and walked off, the other lady who I'm guessing was the front end cashier filled the order for the drive through lady and made a blizzard and never spoke to us. Another lady came around the corner saw us amd filled another customers order that was seated and waiting in the lobby, still not 1 person has acknowledged our existence even though they've ALL seen and made eye contact with me. We waited like 10 minutes and walked out. I've NEVER experienced that bad of experience in a fast food chain. I've had to wait for an extended amount of time but I've always been acknowledged or apologized to for the wait.

Did not give us all the items we ordered and paid for. When we went in to tell them, the employees argued with us, refused to admit they forgot the sandwich, and refused to complete our order. I have never in my life, seen such arrogant, condescending, unprofessional behavior from a restaurant staff. And the food was not very good. Usually the steak fingers are are safe bet, but not at this location.

So they can’t handle busy nights could care less what their actions cause. Don’t bother calling to complain, it is nothing but excuses on why it’s not their fault. Until this establishment gets an adult (who is mature) running it, it will always be sub par! Blanco residents, you allow this behavior because they are the only one in town, your part of the problem too
