Lovely atmosphere lighting was purfect. We didn’t book a table but the staff managed to fit us in and were very friendly and helpful, purfect for romantic evenings or a family meal out. Very impressed buy the kids menu coming in different sizes according to your child’s appetite the food was fantastic fresh and very hot, we will definitely be back next time we visit Blackpool

Excellent family meal at the Bank Bar & Grill. We visited the restaurant whilst staying in Blackpool during the half-term break. Firstly, it's important to mention that we booked the restaurant weeks in advance and this was a smart move as every cover was booked on arrival. Secondly, our booking online (resi system) had come through to the restaurant as being for 2 people when we needed 4 so it's worth making sure that this is correct in advance of arrival. The restaurant manager made sure the team could accommodate our booking and made some adjustments (literally) to tables to get us seated, which we were immensely grateful for. The restaurant itself has a real mix of food options to suit all tastes and our mains were fantastic. All the food was cooked to perfection and we really enjoyed the attention to detail throughout our visit from the staff. The restaurant is clearly very popular and I can understand why, we really enjoyed our visit. If you're visiting Blackpool or live in Britain's best seaside town then this place should definitely be on your list of must visit restaurants

Food a bit on the pricy side, but it is worth every penny. Our server was so friendly and personable! He actually managed to upsell a few times as he kept recommending fantastic food and drinks to us, plus kept us smiling and laughing the whole time. I observed the same thing across the restaurant - prompt service, very kind staff and great food. The atmosphere was great because everyone felt welcome. Will definitely be returning!

I have eaten at a lot of places around the country. My 2 favourite things are brushetta and fillet steak. This place here has served me the best brushetta and the best steak I have ever had anywhere! Absolutely amazing! Not to mention the brilliant, attentive staff in a lovely stylish venue! For me (being from Staffordshire) it's just a shame it's in Blackpool. If you are here and want great food and service with a huge drinks and cocktails list, then look no further!

Great welcome and service from Dean, the quality of food needs improvements to reach the prices that they have. The food looks good in plate, but not much flavour. The vegetables was overcooked and disappointed with Bruschetta( expexted crispy, but was wet and the tomatoes flavour of old. Great and loads of choices of cocktails.

From start to finish, our experience here was amazing! They were reassuring with any allergies/intolerance and super helpful regarding sauces or different options I could have. When the food came out they even put sticks saying allergy and vegan on to make sure there wasn't any confusion. Staff were so friendly, making conversation, asking how the food was and if we needed anything. The chef even came out and was walking round tables. I had the ribs with chilli honey sauce which will be getting again. 100% recommend coming here, not a single complaint and the staff are an absolute credit to this restaurant 👏👏

Came here for lunch, ordered the cheese and bacon burger with paprika fries long with a dark & stormy to drink. Staff were excellent and even the chef came out to ask patrons how the meal was. Food was excellent, burger was juicy without being greasy. I'd like to come back in the evening for the dinner menu, but it does feel like a more formal place for evening dining.

What an absolute gem of a place. From the start the waiter was so nice and friendly and spent time getting our baby to smile at him. We both ordered a main my husband going for rump stake and myself the gammon. The waiter asked if he wanted his stake English or French to which we've never been asked so he went on to explain the difference. Ordered a few cocktails and they tasted great. Once our food arrived I instantly said wow this tastes so good. You can tell it's been flamed grilled. The chef came out to see us to say he was happy to see an order for blue and was excited to cook it and asked again if we knew about the English and French option and explained it in more detail to us. We had a great time the food was above and beyond what we originally expected to find in Blackpool. The staff are so nice and made our meal even better. Thank you

I just want to say thank you to the staff for ending our sons 6th birthday on such a high! We had a perfect day and this made it even better. We was served by a lovely young lady who made time for our children and spoke to them. (She even went that extra mile and cut up my son's pizza for him) The food was absolutely delicious and well worth the money. I had a few cocktails which tasted lovely and was well presented. The staff here go that extra mile for you, it's a lovely place to go for amazing food, decent prices and I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends who visit Blackpool.
