Had box lunches prepared for 4 days for a group of 30 kids participating in a swim meet. They were always on time and the box lunch was fresh. Thank you for taking care of our kids....

Went here for the first time over the weekend. The manager Lisa, and her staff, were super friendly and courteous. I’d never been to a Jimmy John’s before, but they were super helpful in assisting me to navigate the menu. Great sandwiches, will definitely come back again!

Great service and friendly staff. Located about 100’ east of intersection of E 6th St and Congress Ave on south side of street.
Parking is available on street side (city meters) or nearby parking garages.

This is one of my favorite Jimmy Johns locations! I pop in here for lunch and even if they’re extremely busy they get me in and out in less than 5 minutes. Fast and efficient service. And the bicycle delivery drivers are courteous. Definitely hit them up if you’re in the area

Like three years ago, I drank way too much on 6th, and barfed and passed out drunk in the doorway of this Jimmy John’s. I didn’t even come inside and order a sandwich, but the staff brought me water and took care of me until my friends found me and took me home. It was the nicest thing anyone’s ever done for me.

Pop in here every other friday for a quick sandwich. Its JJ what can I say, quick, cheap, and I know what to expect. Friendly staff and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my sandwich even on a lunch rush.

First time in Austin and we arrived late, we wanted something quick so we decided to call Jimmy Johns. The manager (very nice) answered the phone and advised us to call a different store for delivery options but if that store did not delivery to our location to call her back. That’s exactly what we did. She took our order and had someone deliver the food. Little did we know delivery meant walking. Talk about customer service, Caleb walked 19 minutes to deliver our food and was so very pleasant. What more can we say other than Caleb; you’re awesome!
