It's a Gregg's so you know what you're getting but the staff in the Altrincham store are always friendly, always nice and efficient! Some days they can run low on breakfast and certain baguettes but other than that it's a reliable Gregg's, no complaints.

The kindness of strangers last Monday 6/12/21it was pouring with rain when my friend fell and landed on the wet floor. Next moment the managess and one of the male staff where there. They helped us into the shop where we where given a cup of tea as we sheltered from the rain. Nice cup of tea. Before we left they made sure my friend was ok. In the mean time I noticed the lovely display of sandwiches and the variety of hot food on offered.
Thank you to the staff for their kindness and practical help. You rock guys.

Always a fantastic service at the George Street Greggs; fantastic customer service with a smile and always remember the standard order. Also have a great, speedy coffee machine that some other branches don't. The best branch locally.
