Little boy working there on 3/13/22 at 3:30pm was extremely rude and tried overcharging me. Tried to give me 3 coffees when I was charged for 4 then claimed I wasn't charged for 4. When he found out he was wrong, I stead of apologizing he denied having an attitude and continued arguing with me until his coworker told him to stop.

Used to stop here everyday for a coffee. Friday I sat in the drive through for 5 minutes and no one ever took my order so I left. Monday I pulled up and they said their "computer was down" so they could not take my order. Then today they told me, "we closed early". Not sure what the problem is, but I'll go somewhere else.

Little boy working can't even get a mobile order right, giggled the whole time and just tried to impress others. Sad this location is going downhill.

I love Tim Hortons. I'm Canadian and its just a part of our history. This specific Tim Hortons is a shame. It never has donuts past 4pm. I've tried on 4 different occasions until I finally complained about it and their excuse is that it doesn't serve good past 5pm. HUH?! Isn't this a donut shop? Beyond frustrating. I won't go back.

Typically Tim Hortons is my go to place. But this location did me wrong on my last visit. I got to work with my order. As the morning went on i got to the bottom of my cup and to my suprise a mouth full of coffee grounds. Very very disappointed in this. As a coffee place i feel this is unacceptable. Take pride in your work and product. Also not just this location has this problem start opening up earlier. I start work at 5:00 am and there are alot of people on the road i think you'll make more money.
