EDITED on 02-06-2020: It's been a while since I haven't been there, and as the place showed up on my door dash page, I decided to place an order. The chicken was OK, but the fries... Wow... They were SO burned (see picture) and salted (when specifically I asked not seasoned at all), that it was impossible to eat them, and they went right to the trash. How could you think that's fine to sell fries that horrible to your customers, is beyond my understanding. Lesson learned now. Wing-stop NO MORE! -- Original review -- The place used to go down hill with bad management and bad food quality, that I had to stop going there. Now, after giving them another try a year later, they seems to have improved a lot. Will definitely go again.

Very bad service - I ordered 10 chicken wings for a scheduled time. It`s good that I checked it before I left, as there were only nine pieces of the chicken on the box. The chicken wings were also very dry. When I complained, I was told I would need to wait 7 minutes for 1 piece of chicken that is missing. I was also told they`re very busy but I didn`t buy that excuse. I don`t remember being offered any apology. don`t plan to come back - their chicken used to be very good but there`s gradual deterioration of the quality of their chicken over the years, I honestly don`t think it`s worth it. This experience literally and figuratively left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope the owner pays attention to this review.
