Had to wait 10 minutes for my order after the Team Lead/Shift Supervisor gave my order to a drive-thru customer, and then argue with my server when she pointed this out.
Awful service, and no one apologized for the mix-up or long wait.

Just got an iced caramel machiatto. I asked if it could be mixed and was met with a really bad attitude. The window server needs a lesson in customer service. I visit Starbucks regularly and this is my local shop.

Fast, effective and friendly.... The drive thru took me 3 tries to figure out. You gotta go behind the strip mall and come out to the drive thru, then go back to where you started to exit. Totally not Stabucks fault, so if I could, I'd give them 6 stars.

Good service and the store follows the drink instructions. I was a little disappointed I could not use the app to order ahead instead of waiting in line to order.

It's a busy place inside this Starbucks store. These people seem to really enjoy working and doing a good job serving the customer. I had my usual sausage breakfast sandwich and tall decaf Americano. A good start to today!

I am writing this as I was denied service in the drive-thru at 5:00pm. I normally am not really moved to write bad reviews unless I feel completely mistreated which is how I feel in this instance. For the record of time the starbucks app says this location closes at 630pm and the google search of this location says it closes at 530pm. Both of which would mean that I would still be served right now!!!! I came up to the order box at 5pm after sitting in line behind 2 cars to be told they were closed. When I inquired if the 2 people in front of me were served I was told nothing but they were closed. When I asked if I was being denied based on 30 seconds of time I was told yes and they were closed. To make matters worse I have now been sitting in line behind these 2 cars, who clearly are being served, waiting to exit as there is no real way to reverse out. My question is where is the customer service?! I work in a service industry and never would dream of treating anyone like that.
