Best pub in Ripley. Been coming here for years and get on with all the locals. Great beer and snack selection. Lovely on a summer or winters evening. Highly recommended. No meals served.

Not tried the food yet only visited once now but I bought a drink and use the bathroom which was throughout clean and fresh .on the way back to my drink in the outside area the sudden smell of incredible food everywhere hit my senses and made my mouth water .I left hungry as I didn't have time to order but will definitely be going back and filling my belly to near bursting point after smelling that delicious food coming from the kitchen areas

There are six pubs in Ripley. This is the unreconstructed 19th century one. Worth a visit. Beer is good. Welcoming.
