Continues with their OG menu and cocktails. The restaurant does need some maintenance to the older decor and a minor reboot. Ordered Guwahati Pork curry and Chingri Malai curry this time round. Exceptional, except maybe the sticky rice could have been cooked better. Sangria pitcher was refreshing. Still a great diner and would love to keep coming back.
Exceptional cocktails and small plates. Mineority has kept it's food quality consistent and good. 70% of the menu is a must try and one can enjoy a leisurely lunch here even on weekends. On weekdays, do ask about their 4 course meal.

We'd gone for Sunday brunch today, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The ambience at Mineority is truly fantastic, and the attention to detail is easily observable. The seating is comfortable, in a well lit environment, and the service is attentive without being intrusive.
The food was uniformly good, across the starters, the mains and dessert. And the cocktails were the proverbial cherry on top! All in all, it is easy to recommend this place to you, whether for Sunday brunch or otherwise.

Came here on a weekday and the place was almost full. The ambiance is beautiful and you appreciate it more when you read the story behind it, printed on the menu.
We had ordered the Imperial renghan khaosuey and I am an absolute fan of this dish. It was a coconut based gravy and had a very filling portion. This dish was a gastronomic bliss. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (5/5)
The next I had was a club chicken steak which was utterly disappointing.
The steak was not seasoned well and we were basically just chewing. The mashed potatoes were not bringing in the flair to the dish. The portion size of the steak was not fair to the price paid. NOT RECOMMENDED.
The service was good.

Mineority by Saby is a great place to have a quick bite, an eventful lunch or even Sunday brunches. Every element in the decor of this place has a story behind it. Inspired by and dedicated to the coal miners from Asansol, celebrity chef Sabyasachi has presented to Pune, a place to experience authentic north-east Indian cuisine!
The staff is very prompt and happy to serve you and they do serve you well! Also, they have a new mocktail menu curated specially to beat the summer heat. Don't miss it! Coming to the food we had..
Starters:
🌟1. Kalimpong Chilli Cheese Rolls(5/5)
Molten cheese and chilli filled in crispy pockets. A must try on their menu!
🌟2. Coal Grilled Soya Chaap (6/5)
This is another must try. Do not miss this. The Soya chops are cooked to perfection and are soo soft that they literally melt in your mouth!
3.Lating Queso Fondido (4/5)
A bowl of freshly made nacho chips and croquettes served with a cheese fondue!
Main Course:
1. Litti Chokha(4/5)
Typical Bihari food. It's served with chana and vangyacha bharit!
2.Chanar Dalna(4/5)
This dish was a bit salty but good nonetheless. Paneer pieces with gravy and paratha, a good combination!
Desserts:
🌟1. Tres Leches(6/5)
This is the ultimate king of non-chocolate desserts! A typical french dessert made with milk!
🌟2. Miners Dark Devil Cake(5/5)
Chocolate lovers , this is your heaven! This is what I call a bang in chocolate dessert!
3.Malva Pudding (3/5)
The malva pudding was a bit too sweet because of the honey poured all over it. It could have been better otherwise!
Overall an amazing experience! Keep up the great food! Will surely visit again! :)

Unique and pleasing mining based ambience from interior to serving plate and menu everything is mining based. Service was good and fast.
Cocktails
Handia Madi
It is beer based cocktail. Refreshing blend of beer, gin, honey and coconut cream. Frothy beer made from rice fermented in a handia. It was served with lime wedges. Squeezing lime made the cocktail taste better and less bitter. The presentation of this cocktail was amazing it was served in different sized handias. It was amazing. Loved it.
Bent it Like Baichung
It was a blend of gin, old monk rum, red wine, white wine and palm jaggery. It was uniquely presented in a football shaped container. It was good.
Narangi
It was Vodka based cocktail and refreshing combo of orange and mint. It was perfect in sweetness. Loved it.
3 Penicillium Shots
This was a spicy cocktail. It was mixture of whiskey, vodka, Ginger honey syrup, gondhoraj(aromatic lime) and green chillies. This flavourful blend gave different flavors, first a mild sweet and refreshing taste which converted to spicy kick of green chillies. Loved it.
Starters
Litti Chokha and Ghugni
Four smoked littis which were amazing, dough balls with flavourful sattu(gram flour) stuffing. Littis were perfectly roasted. Chokha was of baingan which was placed on banana leaf in an earthen pot and was topped with finely chopped onions. Roasted mashed baingan was amazing and goes well with litti. Ghugni was of kala chana and dry. It was light on spices. Loved it.
Tribal Fish
Fried Fish with crispy coating of batter with patra, from inside it was soft. It was served with tamarind dip, onions and lime. Brown colored fish was placed in dark blue plate and garnished with yellow mustard sauce, this contrast colored dish was eye catching. It was good.
Coal Grilled Soya chops
Soya chops were soft and juicy. The soya was marinated with there signature black sesame paste, which give it a bitter taste. It was ok.
Keema Khari Churma
Medium spiced keema with crunch of Khari churma was good. It was topped with half fry, onions, green chili and lime, sprinkles of red chilli powder. It was good and very different.
Phoenix Chicken With
Chicken wings were good.

Tender, juicy chicken breast was well marinated and burst of flavours. It was served with mushroom sauce, smashed potatoes and grilled veggies - broccoli, cherry tomatoes, garlic and beans.

Calcutta Chicken Biryani
Calcutta styled biryani with potato and egg. It was mild spicy. The aroma from biryani was heavenly and made me to dig into it. Rice was a little under cooked. Chicken was well cooked and was mild spicy. Over all the biryani was good.
Desserts
Jurassic Cheesecake
The texture of cheesecake was perfect. It was soft and flavourful. Presentation was lovely. It is Inspired by Chenna Poda a Orissa cheesecake. It was amazing loved it.

Not just the ambience but the staff is also friendly and manages to impress you with their quick service.
Special mention for the fried chicken. Huge chunks of chicken deep fried with an amazing thick crunchy outer covering tastes mind blowing.
Harrissa prawns are slightly spicy prawns. They serve almost 6 huge prawns with an amazing dip.
Chicken wings are always a safe option. They taste really good and juicy.
The best part about this place was the dark devil cake. Served with chunks of fig. It's a layered mud cake and the flavours of this can be felt in every single bite.
