Dunkin'

I witnessed a moment here that made my heart full. A homeless man had walked in and dug through the garbage for any remnants of food. The employee working the counter said "Don't dig in the garbage I will buy you something". She then gave him a bag of food and a cup of coffee. I loved seeing this act of compassion.

My on the go order was ready by the time I walked out of my hotel a block away. I never had to wait for anything to be made. Employees were friendly even for 6 am. You do need to deal with some people on the street. I wasn’t harassed any of the three mornings I went, but just something to be aware of.

This one is one of the better Dunkin Donuts, in my opinion. The coffee is always piping hot, they make your order the way you request, and the main thing that they do when you go in, is they "SPEAK". That is one of the determining factors of whether I'll be spending any of my money there. Overall though, I'm satisfied with the product, & the service.

In a world full of Starbucks and local coffee joints, I still prefer my Dunkin'. The E Penn Square location is super convenient to work and I visit much more often than I should admit (: The staff is always warm and friendly, the service is quick and I never tire of Dunkin' Donuts iced coffee. My only comment about my visit this morning was the gentleman allowed to stand at the end of line asking for my change as I exited the cash drawer and walked towards the pick - up window. I have no issue with people on the street asking me for money and I wish I had enough to solve the problem and help them all. However, I do have an issue inside a business and would be very pleased if management could intervene. I feel it's not appropriate inside a business. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong - it's just my opinion and I felt the need to share.
