Stopped there to pick up subs for lunch for me and my family. I had a couple for 3 footlong subs for $17.99. The coupon does not say what kind of sub you can use it just say 3 footlong subs! She then told me that I can't use my coupon because I got 2 steak and cheese subs she only accepts the coupon for ham and turkey. Why didn't she tell me thst to begin with? She just lost a customer because I will never step another foot in there my husband works 5 minutes from there and he will never go there now. If he didn't need his lunch she would have been eating her subs herself. Sorry Subway but you need to get with your franchise and tell them to not accept your coupons at all if they are gonna do this stuff. DO BETTER SUBWAY YOU'RE GONNA LOSE MONEY WITH PPL LIKE THAT!

Went in at I PM to get a lunch. I was at work . They said they were closed the door said it closed at 9:30 PM won't be back . Burger King is across the street.

It was good food but, the new lady in there complicates things by not communicating with her manager, she is rude to her and I think that she should be let go. I have been a patron of this place for 2 years and the manager is a great person, so I didn't like what I saw in there on those 2 separate occasions. As far as the food goes, it is absolutely fresh every time, and the manager is always looking to satisfy the customer needs so if you like subway this is the one in south Murfreesboro to eat at...

They are starting to become more and more unsanitary. Today when I went in there was a girl checking someone out at the register. As I looked over I seen her rubbing/ scratching her nose with her hand and her forearm. Instead of washing her hands she used hand sanitizer and put on gloves to prepare someone else’s food. The other lady that was preparing my food was off to a good start. That is until she had to sneeze and felt it was a good idea to sneeze all over the vegetables. I was so disgusted I just walked out and went somewhere else.

They charged us for items we did not purchase but said they couldn’t refund us cash since we used a card. The refund process for the card means they would have to void that transaction and ring it up again. The process would take 5 business days to refund the money to my card. Horrible customer service. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

I was on way to the hospital to see my grand daughter that was in ICU, I stopped here and it was the cleanest place I had every been in!! The manager was an amazing lady with huge smile and very professional I would absolutely give them ten stars of I could!!!!

Super quick, fresh and friendly. I'll add that these sandwich makers put generous portions of each ingredient on my sub. A perfect traveling sandwich. They were also happy to prepare a dairy free sub for my son following food prep allergy protocols. We will remember this exit and this store.

Update after 2 years. I stopped by to get a sandwich here again, and sadly one of the attendants was wearing a mask but the second one that offered to serve me was not. I did not get that sandwich today.
The sandwich was one of the best Subway sandwiches I've had.
