The last two times I visited things were messed up with my order. First time I arrived 20 minutes after ordering, and they hadn't even started on my order yet. I waited another 25 minutes in the store before I got my food and left. Today, they only put half of my order in the bag (one of two sandwiches). Called the store wanting a refund because I didn't want to drive all the way back to the store to get the forgotten sandwich but was told I can't have a refund because a manager wasn't present at the store. So now I have to drive back (25 minute round trip) a second time. Probably done with this place.

3rd time eating here, Philly steak and cheese; they asked if I wanted sauce or pizza sauce. I’ve read since my visit that u need to add a sauce probably cause they need more cheese on it.

Out of all the places so far that we have tried in Knoxville this will be one that we will not be returning to at any point in time. The overall theme of this location is "needs adult supervision". The two boys and the female working on 12/8 at 200pm were very unprofessional and rude. We felt unwelcome upon entering, waited 30 minutes for our food, and when I asked for a togo container the Male worker who was standing right in front of the togo containers askes another male employee that was on the other side of the restaurant to hand me one...as some sort of little game they were playing with each other. The two of them were also overheard laughing about another customers order that they got wrong, thinking it was funny to inconvenience the customer in having to come back for them to remake her sandwich. Our sandwiches were more veggie than meat and tasted okay...nothing worth the price one pays for them. If I were to give advice to someone walking in the store, it would be to go to Kroger by all the fixings that they want on their sandwich and pocket the money that they saved by not going to this sub shop. If I were the manager/owner I would terminate these two employees and find others that could at least provide decent customer service.

Delicious subs! We had the Italian sub and the pizza sub, plus FRESH CUT FRENCH fries!!! They have ketchup in a large pump dispenser (YAY!!!)... no hassle of tiny ketchup packets here! Very sweet ladies working there.

Great fries, similar to In-N-Out. Philly Cheese Steaks are pretty good but, don't come close to the real deal. Quite skimpy on the meat. I Just got back from Philadelphia and for the same price, had an imported beer and took the other half the sandwich home for later.

Great place to get a good cheesesteak... lived in philly for 3 years and one of very few places that can make it right with right bread....usually get the regular cheesesteak with extra mushrooms but occasionally have the founders speacial, just for something different..

Walked through the front door and instead of a friendly greeting I heard, from the girl working behind the counter. "It will be a least 20 minutes". It felt like she was trying to say leave I don't want to work. So I went to Lenny's Subs 20 minutes away where I was met with a smile.

The food quality is always very good here. The reason for the 3 stars is from the environment and the extremely high food prices. I've been here 4-5 times in the last 2 months and every time I am there the employees are either sitting in a booth or standing right outside the entrance chain smoking. The law is no smoking within 20ft of a public entrance. Now, the price issue. If you order a sub, medium fries, and a drink it will cost you over $17.00. That is a crazy price to pay just for a sub. They need to drop their prices and maybe they would get more business, as every time I went there I was the only customer during the entire 30 minutes.
