I didn't appreciate getting my bill before my order. The service wasn't good I also didn't appreciate the waiternes add a 20 percent tip to my bill. I had her removed her tip. My steak was cooked perfectly and it was very tender and my granddaughter enjoyed her food. I will probably go back and hope that I will get better service. I tip when I get good service are if the employees try their best. The restroom was cleaned and the restaurant wasn't busy so there is no accuse for the service.

The girl taking care of me was very kind, but driest ribs ever... without bbq sauce, no flavor at all, no lemon for cleaning hands and/or rubber gloves. Compared to others applebee's in mexico and/or florida, a huge difference in quality...

This place was very welcoming very clean and professional .Service was great server she was awesome kitchen did an awesome job and food was excellent enjoyed it we will be back again.

As seems to be common, employees new, but every effort for good service and attentiveness. You need to request all condiments including salt and pepper. Food was so-so. I ordered coffee with my food, but they were out of creamer, and only 2% milk available, oh my! They are requesting you download their menus instead of handing you one. Areas clean, and very few people even though lunch time, hmm.

The service could be much better. We come here alot but honestly your best bet would be to go at night for decent service. Just saying.

Meal was great but the chicken and shrimp entree States on the menu that it comes with 2 sides at and when I went to give my order to my whitest she informed me that, that meal now only comes with one side I wish your men's would reflect what really comes with the meal so I can know what I am getting for the price I am paying thank you
