Mcdonald's

We sat outside eating our food on Thursday 21st April @ 7pm and we watched as one female employee cleaned the restaurant top to toe. I have never seen anyone clean so thoroughly and with such care, we were super impressed. So much so that my wee Auntie (88) sent me in to speak to the manager. Food was great too, roasting hot crunchy chips! 🍟

There is an older lady who works in there cleaning all the tables etc. May I say I have never seen a person like her, she makes sure everything is absolutely spotless, asks eat in or take away, gives you a table and makes sure you sanitise and do track and trace. Easterhouse is lucky to have her and would put a lot of young staff to shame. She is definitely one of your best employees.

What great customer service, in the store with friends and ordered our food, unfortunately when it arrived it was cold and the tea was freezing, upon bringing this to the attention of the staff member on the floor she apologized and assured us the order would be re made. The assistant manager came to our table with the fresh piping not food and was again very apologetic. First class customer service.

Great service from the person called Oliver. very smart and well mannered young man.nothing a problem. He also helped me to my seat as im disabled. This is a Very clean place to sit down and not have to clear up the table first .and all the rest of the staff are first class as well. I would just like to say THANKS. 5 stars.....
