On Deck

Life is short F….it up! Family, Flavor,Friends It was Thursday evening a last minute concert in Boston for my daughters. This lead me to the dilemma…hmm where to go? Since I had never been to the new Encore casino I decided to head there. There was good feed back on the burger at the sports bar. Sooo why not. For those who read my reviews you know I’m look for the next great burger. The server we had a very good but this is a review of the food. Got the shroom and Swiss burger w garlic aioli on a toasted brioche bun. The bun was soft and butter in the top. The burger needed a bit more aioli which was mildly present in each bite. There was 2 4oz pattys. They were good but uneven seasoning made for a unbalanced bite. And there was no ….pause effect. It was good but not mmmmm. The show string fries were light and crispy and buffalo wing spicy and tangy these 2 items were very good. Maybe it deserves another look later.

Love the Meatloaf dinner here, wrapped in Bacon and served with masked potatoes and onion straws. Generous portion; reasonable priced for a casino restaurant. Service is good, they are more reactive and could be more attentive. I didn't take any pictures in the restaurant yet I wanted to share this picture from my room. ***** Uodate 7/2/22 They removed this item from the menu! What were they thinking? I was told they like to keep the menu fresh! Wow!!! Bad Move Upper Deck and Encore Casino!! We ended up eating at Rare and everyhing is extremely overpriced. When will they see the big picture!? Grrrr

Great customer service is so vital to any company, an amazing customer experience ultimately results in returning customers, and an amazing experience is exactly what we got when we went to On Deck last night and was lucky enough to have Ali as our server. Our experience at on deck from begging to end was so much fun it set my team up for such an amazing night. Ali from On Deck was exceptional. We had a big group of 16 people come to her restaurant and she went above and beyond in every aspect imaginable. If there was a 5 star rating option I would give Ali 100 stars. Ali was attentive, personable, and made us feel more welcomed at a restaurant than I have ever felt in my entire life. We went to encore for a team meeting with my company, and I would recommend going to encore and getting Ali as your waitress at on deck to any of my friends and family. It set up the evening on such a good note. The food was amazing, the word delicious does not do the food at On Deck justice, the drinks were on point. I could not thank Ali any more. I don’t write reviews that often but her customer service was so welcoming, warm and genuine that I had to take the time to mention her. Thank you so much Encore, On Deck, and Ali for an amazing evening. We will 100% be coming back in the future for another team outing. ONE MILLION STAR RATING!!

I absolutely love the Burger Bar on Deck at Encore, I'm never disappointed by their food. All of the staff have always been very pleasant and professional. The whole reason I wanted to write a review is because my server whom I get often, Claudio always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm all set.
