Chuck E. Cheese

Absolutely love this place. Staff is kind, food is good, games are good. Had my 10th birthday here in 2017 and it was an experience I will never forget. Had an amazing time, as it was my first time going to a Chuck E Cheese, because the last time my dad took my sister, he thought the pizza had tasted like cardboard, so I never the chance to go. Pizza definitely tasted like regular pizza. Luckily I got to have some experience a few years ago.

I was very pleasantly surprised with my visit here with my grandchildren. Last time I was here was when my kids were little and it was rundown and dirty... that was a long time ago. Now, it's bright and clean. I think only two games were not working. There was a sheriff's deputy on duty which was reassuring, but also, like, WHAT? We did not eat so I can't say anything about the food. Mechanical band was still playing. I had heard they were doing away with that. Will return soon.

I just had my son's 5th birthday party here. Honestly it was overall a great experiance. The kids had more fun than I ever expected. I'm am so glad we decided to come here. My last experiance with magic mountain was just awfull and I will never go back. Chuck e cheeses on the other hand awesome. All the games actually work and they have a fair amount of them. Only 1 game didn't give out the tickets my niece had won but as soon as we told the employee he went right to the game and the problem was just that the game had run out of tickets to give so he even gave her a few extra tickets for the trouble. Our host was great she kept coming back and checking on us making sure everything was going ok. She even sang and danced with Chuckie and my son was so afraid of him she tried everything she could to make him feel comfortable but he just wasn't having it. I would suggest anyone with younger kids bring them here and even teens if their not the kind that down everything and think everything is corney smh. The entire staff was great friendly respectfully helpfully and really seemed like they cared if you had a good experiance. I only have one complaint which is that the games were rather hard for the kids to win tickets from. I saw the games giving out 2 to 4 tickets a game. Even my 11 year old neice didnt win nearly the amount of tickets she had won on half the game play from magic mountian. I suggest chuck e cheese allow the games to give out more tickets for games won.

Great for kids. They have some newer games here that are fun for older kids (and adults that are so inclined). Who doesn't enjoy competing in shooting some basketballs or playing skee ball? The Jurassic Park shooter is immersive and makes for fun team play. I suggest you get the all-you-can-play passes, you can even do a little sharing, although I'm sure it is technically frowned upon.

It's a bit smaller than other Chuck E Cheese restaurants in the area; it does not serve alcohol or have a playground. But the staff is extremely helpful, welcoming and good with children, they do their job exceedingly well and cheerfully. The arcades all function properly and are taken care of, to the point where I saw an employee start repairs on a machine mere minutes after a customer found it to be defective. Food is also great; can't get much better for the price.

The pizza and wings are good! Pretty clean environment, especially bathrooms. Seemed like a few of their games were down and the picture booth never printed out our picture, the only downside, since I love getting our pictures for tradition in the booth when visiting. Overall great visit regardless! Kids loved it 👍

The people that work here are friendly. The place is very clean. Of course it is noisy because of the games and the stage act. The food is more situated to a kids taste than an adult. For 10 dollars the kids can play for a half hour. Sounds like a deal to me. If you have a child with sensory issues, bring the noise cancelling headphones. Great place and it isn't very expensive.

Service was excellent. Although I didn't get the salad bar it looked very clean. I loved the stage at this location. I had only been to the Dublin location and this location has a better stage. There weren't as many games as Dublin location but the staff was much friendlier. I would've given 5 stars if there were more games. Chuck E Cheese's is my son's favorite place.
