Can not fault this place. As a regular user, service is always great, working under extreme pressure sometimes as can be very busy. Beth, Ash and team amazing. My favourite Costa ever xx

All of the staff members are extremely friendly and very attentive. Drinks are served up to the standards. Place is always clean as seen the staff clean up after every customer. I also read one of the reviews, that mentioned Beth being rude? I was actually there where the situation happened, and I can confirm that this is not true. I recall Beth asking the lady what type of milk she’d like, but she’d only respond with ‘MILK!’, being quite rude herself. She managed to handle the situation very well, and I couldn’t say a bad word about her. Absolutely brilliant place and staff. Would recommend!

nice place but a guy took his sandals off and had his toes out , was a bit off putting but staff and drinks were good

Staff very helpful and kind. This Costa shop is very busy, non stop customer but staff was able to accomodate lots of customer with appropriate waiting time. Highly recommended!!

The staff are always friendly and helpful despite being a busy cafe & serving a lot of take aways as customers are in a rush to catch their trains.
Table clean, coffee served quickly. There was also a good range of cakes and sandwiches available. 😃
