A great reward for bikers pushing to the top of the hill, Cold drinks, nuts on the house, friendly staff, lush outdoor sitting.

Lovely pub in a really nice, peaceful location. Food was excellent and a friendly atmosphere. Dog friendly and there's a good circular walk from Swineford Picnic Area through North Stoke. Worth a visit. Check the opening times as don't think they're open every night.

Hands down one of the best pub meals we have had for a very long time with great service and friendly welcome. Has a dog station with treats and water. Wouldn’t hesitate to return

We came out of the blue. Lovely place and nice staff.
Dog friendly and the place to big enough to have a few dotted around with no issues. We dnt have a dog, but we appreciate the space from them.
We had a round of deserts as a birthday treat. Apple crumble was very tasty and I loved it.
Plenty of parking too.

Had the Christmas menu. Great service, Staff really friendly. Good food . Prices were reasonable. You can take dogs with you inside. Blankets and cushions available. Casual dress. Country pub. Definitely go back . Car park .

We popped in for lunch today(Saturday). Lovely pub, very pretty. We ordered food for 4 adults and 1 child, ranging from burgers to fishcakes and a child's pizza and all were yummy! The lady who served us was very friendly and helpful.
Overall a fantastic visit. Will be visiting again.
