Since visiting China earlier this year and having jianbing on the street, the craving to have some stateside has been real! So glad we found the Insennity Food Truck on a recent trip to Austin. The vegetarian jianbing was spot on!! And I love that we can support a military/vet owned business. Looking forward to another ATX trip so I can have more.

Crazy interesting taste, very unique. Definitely not the palate I'm used to, but I will definitely be returning. Very cheap, very tasty.

Have attempted to visit Insennity twice; once this fall and once today. Both times it was closed even though their website, Google page and Instagram account said they were open.

This place was amazing. I had never heard of Jianbing before I ate here, this place is great for lunch. The service was quick and the guy running it was extremely helpful.
