I love this McDonald's! The staff are helpful, and efficient. The food is delicious, hot, and fresh. I love their chicken nuggets, McFlurry, and coffee. The restaurant is modern, cozy, and well-maintained. It has a great location on Great South Road, with easy access and ample parking. This is my go-to place for a quick and satisfying meal.

This is an awesome Maccas. The place is generally in a reasonable state, even when it's busy. There are plenty of seats. Haven't had any bad orders from them yet either. By that, I mean no Big Macs with sauce missing or something.
Only a couple of minor problems - the self-order booths don't always print receipts (out of paper, I presume), and so you have to guess what your order number is, because it doesn't even display it.
There is also no display showing what orders are up, so you have to listen out for staff calling out your order numbers. So, when you don't have your order number, it makes it a bit annoying having to check.

As always, it's a McDonalds.... what can I say. I came, I ate, it was an average McDonalds, but they were light on the fries....
Apart from that, the staff were friendly and the cleaning staff were amazing! Kai pai! You guys rock!

Busy McDonald's, service little slow and machine didn't cough up docket. Staff able to help with order. Car parking available, toilets had water running over floor.

Need a safe clean environment for coffee or food at 1am. This is the place to go. Central city and the dine in is open late. Highly recommended. Had a flat white with a friend at midnight.

This McDonald's is probably one of my favorites. Only reason is because the service is a bit better than your usual McDonalds which usually are very so so or less than average. I mainly use the drive through when I see the traffic to the city is crazy so then I'll grab a quick coffee. Clean and tidy when I do go in and layout and place looks maintained.

Great staff, quick service and great atmosphere. There is plenty of parking around which is ideal. The drive through can be a bit slow at times but I can overlook that for high quality food

Fast service good team work happening. Never sat and just heard orders been pumped out. They did miss some of our order but ended up getting it. We chose to eat in they still done us for takeaway. Dirty tables. Rubbish on the floor bathroom was filthy.

The restaurant is large clean and there's plenty of seating. Their system for calling out order numbers needs addressing. Numbers called then left on counter without recipes being checked
