It is a nice 6 floor residence across Dubai Marina. Close proximity to JBR.
It has a car parking area, security and building maintenance services, 2 elevators and one service elevator, a small gym, sauna, barbeque area, 1 medium and 1 children pool.
Neighbours are a bit loudy though. 🤗
