BLT fries were cold and smashed in the box... The person taking the orders in the drive thru kept interrupting me so my sandwich was not made properly and the bun was burnt.... Gave it a 3 because my partners food was fresh, hot, and tasted good plus aside from not letting me speak the girl was polite at the window

Drive thru service was awful. Food took a long time to receive. 1 car ahead of me. Car behind me drove off after a few minutes. Fries were undercooked. Onion rings on rodeo burger were hard as a rock and could not eat. Meat on burger was warm at best. Very unfortunate experience. Will not be returning

The manager, Brandy, I think her name was? Brittany? Something like that. Incredibly rude. I ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders. The picture is below. 4 tenders and a crumb. Smaller than a McDonald's nugget! Her response? Anything over 1" is a tender. We'll see what corporate says. I'm not paying tender prices for crumbs. Horrible customer service. Check your food before you leave, folks, they'll rip you off if they can! This is their "big" chicken. The meat is paper thin and tough. Not impressed. Edited to add... according to the lady I talked to when I called customer service, being at least 1" does, in fact, NOT constitute a chicken tender...
