Always out of stock of stuff, manager is rude and some of staff is following in her steps. Last visit was horrible, young man working was extremely rude and when I asked him to be polite, he told me not to come back.

The employees didn't greet me upon arriving at this establishment. They were laughing and joking with one another. After I paid for my food, they didn't say thank you. I said thank you. I'm a stickler for good customer service it goes a long way. I gave 2 stars because the food tasted alright.

I absolutely loved visiting this location. The food is always fresh. The customer service is always fantastic. Its a very warm and inviting atmosphere... Will definitely go back very soon.

We arrived 30 minutes before closing and they had everything put away already. One guy even laughed at us. No greeting. No sorry we're closing soon. The sign was still on but the chairs were being put up and there was no way we were getting a sandwich. Very disappointing.

Walked in 30 minutes prior to closing on July 13th 2018 and they had decided to put everything away early. My existence was not even acknowledge. Zero greeting whatsoever. They pretended I wasn't there so that I would go away and they wouldn't have to serve me. The second I left I turned around and watched them all start laughing. If they had in the very least greeted me or acted like a mormal human being and explained the situation they wouldn't be receiving a negative review right now. I understand being tired and wanting to check out early after a long day, but not flat out being rude.

I had the steak and cheese sub, with mayo, lettuce and mozzarella cheese. The staff working both the counter and the sandwich making station were very pleasant and took care of my order quickly.
