Nice casino with friendly croupiers.
The minimum bets are a bit much especially on roulette at £5.
The slots didn't award features despite a long time playing on a machine, and paid minimal even when you do get a rare feature. The return to play seemed much lower than at other Genting casinos I have visited.
Easy to lose money quickly due to the minimum bets so set and a limit and you can have a great night.

Small but very friendly casino.
Costs nothing to sign up and tea/coffee and soft drinks are free.
Just remember to stick to your limit, its easy to loose your money.
Light snacks available like pizza which looked delicious 😋

We have had a great night. Taken care of by the lovely Shauna. She was excellent in everyway. Always taking care of our needs and making sure we were happy. Such a lovely member of staff, she definitely needs to be promoted. What a beautiful person

I'm gutted, lost 15 grand in here. Shortly after my wife left me with my 10 and 7 year old. Say the least I am devastated. But the staff were very friendly and polite.... course who wouldn't with 15 grand in the bank. But best 45 minutes ever. Defiantly recommend for a great night.

Visited Saturday 2nd March. As with previous occasions we were made to feel very welcome. Toasted sandwich and drinks brought to us at the tables were presented most courteously by a lady called Julie. We enjoyed our evening and will be back again soon!

This is a very friendly and relaxed venue. It has a great atmosphere especially on Firday and Saturday night. The staff are helpful and if you haven't played the games before they will help you. The restaurant area is also very nice and the drinks are reasonably priced.

Disappointing now as they've taken away the entertainment and fill the place with slot machines and the usual roulette tables and blackjack. Completely lost its atmosphere

Generally good with a good selection of games. However can easily become crowded and does not have as much space as others.
Restaurant and bar offer excellent food and drink with friendly service.
Dealers generally are friendly although do not seem as interested in talking/interacting with customers as much as others I've been to.
Also a few times I've been there I have noticed that rowdier customers who are disrupting other gamers' evenings are rarely dealt with if they're paying enough money to the casino...
