Mcdonald's

Lady taking the order was 50/50 I understand because taking orders all day is not fun. The guy at the second window, who I assume was new, was very kind and apologized on the wait it took to make my drink. When I worked at McDonald's this is the way I would treat my customers, and I'm glad to see that there are some nice people every once and a while. Food was good too, they also gave me a extra ranch I wish I could give more stars but sadly cant.

Was in line before 11. Was at speaker before 11. Was asked if I used their computer app. No, was asked to wait. While waiting they changed the screens. Then they came back said they were serving lunch. They would not accommodate me. I left after using 15 minutes, at least, of gas. Do not want to add another app to my cell with a chance of security breaches. Nothing else applies. Will be a long tine before I stop again.

First of all, if you go inside the restaurant you can't place an order with a human being. All orders are taken through a machine not an employee. (Not one customer got their receipt from the machine). 10 people waiting for their orders... My husband left - went to the restroom, got gas next door, and not one order was fulfiled by the time he got back to the restaurant. No employee communicated or even came out front to acknowledge the customers. (It appeared that the drive through was the priority) When we finally asked an employee for help - she rudely, loudly, and sarcastically said "Oh sure, I'll just drop everything I'm working on and help you." We were actually not the next order up and we told her to please fill the orders before us. We weren't trying to jump ahead in line, we just wanted the orders to be completed fairly. The employee didn't care, she was stomping around and trying to make us look like we were being unreasonablethe by filling our order first. The whole scene was ridiculous (Side note: she got our order wrong) Unacceptable!
