Went to grab a quick bite for my dinner break. The lobby is open and they deliver door dash now. Staff was great and friendly !! It's nice to have the lobby available again !!

The 10 piece chicken tenders were discusting, the breading was soggy and the chicken was super dry as if it was old and maybe recooked. The employees were not excited to be at work, they tried to rush me through as everytime I'd order something they would give me my total when I wasn't even done, this started after ordering 1 item and I had to say multiple times can I get this too. I ordered 4 items and received 3 as apparently they did not add the onion rings which I guess that's a good thing since the rest was poorly made. I was polite with my thank you's and have a great day and I was just ignored.

The whole staff seemed friendly and on point. Shout-out to Bob and Lia for being so prompt and accurate with my order. Definitely my new go-to stop for my Hardee's fix!

Staff member was friendly, but had to go through the drive through a second time to get our sauces and still didn't get napkins. Frisco burger was not as good as previously.

Ordered a 10 piece chicken at 645pm and cashier met me at the window to tell me they were no tenders cooked and the cook wasn't gonna cook more for the night.....? Really you have 3 more hours of business.
